According to ONEP (Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning), the highest share of the GHG emission coming from energy and agriculture sector, accounted 56 and 24 percent respectively. Moreover industrial process accounted 5.4 percent and land use and forestry accounted 7 percent and GHG emission from waste accounted 8 percent. The sector of agro industry and forestry combined accounted in more than 30 percent (considering the change of the land use from agro to other), therefore the assessment on this sector is very important. The emission generated from energy (including power plant, transportation and heat) increasing in the future in line with the continuous growing of Thai economics.
